It’s the home town people that we share some of the biggest bonds with. People that we met when we first got into the game. It’s those folks that are the most common thing to family that we have. No matter how much time passes, the day we see one another again its as if not a day has passed by. One of our home town hero’s, Marc Beramsingh, decided it was time to put his own spin on a Volkswagen event. The location was set at Napelton Volkswagen of Orlando, deep in the heart of East Orlando, our original stomping grounds and boy did the locals show out with top notch cars, along with many personality’s that are hard to forget. Here’s our rundown of the Air 2 Water Show.
Mecca, the name of the land in which masses of Islamic followers go to and pray to their deity. A pilgrimage is made twice a year to this holy land by the masses. Now within our community, our holy land could be considered as Germany or Europe on whole for that matter. But for those of us who don’t live on that side of the pond, we are limited to a few other locations that can fit the bill. The most famous of which would be Southern Worthersee in Helen, GA, H2Oi in Atlantic City, MD, and Wuste in Las Vegas, NV. However, one event that has grown leaps and bounds in the southern Gulf Coast of Florida is Euro Tripper. An event specifically catered to European cars and their owners. We’ve been making our own pilgrimage to the event since it’s start in 2013. The event is ran by Paul Barney and his eager group of volunteers. After attending the event last weekend, we can safely say that Paul and his group have brought over a complete European experience. But not only that, somehow this event has brought back what we all missed. It’s brought back the community. So here it is, our review of Euro Tripper 4 in Fort Myers, FL.
When Toyo Tires and Super Street team up you get pure class. On January 30th a lunch/meet was held at Bohen Autohaus facility where you found nothing but cars that you dream of seeing and/or have only seen on the inter-web. It brought an entire variety of cars but like always, we focused on the European goodies and boy did it not disappoint.
As the year comes to an end, it’s just the beginning for Florida’s car scene. We bring in the season with Simply Clean over in Daytona Beach. Tons of cars of every make and model flood the streets and beaches of the East coast for the weekend. The weekend following Simply Clean is the event all of us European enthusiast are prepping for – FixxFest; presented by UroTuning.
Now in its fifth installment, the Canibeat crew have created an event that everyone in the community looks forward to be a part of every October. The event is located at the Princeton airport, and the set up is in the perfect location to show case your latest build and for photographers to catch some amazing photographs. First Class Fitment is pure of “Quality over Quantity” machines, a motto we strongly follow.
